My Journey to Wellbeing with Reflexology and Holistic Therapies
Hello! I’m Chloe, and the face behind Phoenix Therapies.
I first discovered my love for Reflexology in 2018 during a particularly stressful time at work. Alongside this, I was also facing fertility challenges and had experienced several early pregnancy losses. My GP recommended I try Holistic Therapies, and I was fortunate that my workplace Employee Health Cash Plan allowed me to claim the cost of treatment. With nothing to lose, I booked a Foot Reflexology session. After just one treatment, I immediately felt a sense of calm and relief, and I knew it was a therapy I would return to. Over the following months, I committed to regular Reflexology sessions, giving myself the space to relax, focus on my wellbeing, and quiet my mind. To my joy, a few months later, I became pregnant with my daughter.
Fast forward to 2022, and now with two children in tow, I unexpectedly reached a pivotal point in my life when I was involved in a serious road traffic accident.
While navigating the trauma, and learning to come to terms with my leg injury and mobility restrictions, I found myself rediscovering Reflexology and Holistic Therapies, and soon realised that prioritising self-care and embracing these treatments played a crucial role in helping me regain a sense of control over my life.
Inspired by my own experience of Holistic Therapy, and driven by a desire to support others, in 2023 I decided to pursue training in Clinical Reflexology.
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals overcome their own challenges and discover natural solutions that enable them to thrive both mentally and physically. It is both a privilege and honour to provide clients with a safe, welcoming space where they can set aside their worries and fully benefit from their treatment with me.
Through my own journey, I've learned the value of determination and the importance of pursuing what enriches me as a person. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of a holistic approach – it made a difference in my life, and I am confident it can do the same for others too.
